The Indonesians (Javanese and Balinese) are masters in the manufacture of this mesh which they call Borobudur (name of the famous and immense Buddhist temple located near Yogjakarta in Java where the manufacture of this mesh is one of the specialties). The tips are decorated with buddhis (also typical of Borobudur).
